Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jason Kelce said Tuesday that quarterback Michael Vick is the most annoying person he’s ever come across.

“He is what my mom calls ‘a real bitch,’ and that’s a compliment,” Kelce said. “All around the team he’s a real bitch, and I don’t like to call names around the team. But I don’t think I will ever get over it.

“It was hard to not take it personal on him because he’s so nice to everybody outside the football room. He’s not a bad guy. He didn’t need my help. I can tell that for sure.”

Kelce is an ex-New York Jets receiver who caught 1,040 passes for 19 touchdowns while playing for Vick in 2004 and 2005. Since then, however, the two have gotten into an argument several times.

Vick told The Philadelphia Inquirer for May 28 that Kelce “stole my line” on the field, while Kelce told reporters that Vick had a “hard time seeing the field” and should not have been the starter. Kelce and receiver Torrey Smith also had a shouting match on the sidelines of last year’s NFC divisional playoff game between the Eagles and Bears, and Vick had Kelce fined for arguing with officials and for leaving the field of play.

Kelce did not speak to reporters Tuesday after that incident, and was not available to comment Tuesday night or Wednesday.

Eagles Coach Andy Reid does not seem to mind the tiffs.

“The only thing I hear from them is that they’re talking about what we got to do and what they got to do and what I got to do,” Reid said. “I’m sure they’re fine. They’re fine.”

It has become the classic line for the Eagles defense this season, whether they face a good pass rush or a good pass rush. If they get it, they do not say what they do,
